MOE Financial Assistance Scheme | Eligibility: | Singapore Citizen Meet either one of the following criteria Gross Monthly Household Income not exceeding $3000 Per Capital Household Income (PCI) not exceeding $750*
*PCI is gross monthly household income divided by number of members in the household. |
Benefits: | Full subsidy of school fees Full subsidy of miscellaneous fees Free textbooks and school attire Transport subsidy of $17 per month Subsidy for school meals at $7 per day

Application Procedures: | Approach General Office for forms Documents needed: IC/Birth Certificate of parents/siblings Proof of income of all working members in the family Documentary proof of divorce, death, disability, etc Proof of address for other relatives (eg. grandfather, uncle, aunt etc) if living in same household. Please photocopy their NRICs

School Based Financial Assistance Scheme | Eligibility: | Gross Household Income (GHI) not exceeding $4,400 OR Per Capital Income (PCI) not exceeding $1,100 |
Benefits: | Full subsidy of school fees Full subsidy of miscellaneous fees Free textbooks and school attire Transport subsidy of $10 per month Subsidy for school meals at $4.50 per day
