We are looking for stall vendors for the following food stall types:
Requirements:
- Mee Based Stall for Japanese
- Korean Food – Non Halal
Closing date: 15 Dec 2023
To cook and sell Healthy Mee Based Stall for Japanese and Korean Food – Non Halal. We have a pupil enrolment of about and staff enrolment of about 1,000 and staff strength about 150 staff. Our canteen operating hours are: Mondays to Fridays from 7.00 am to 4.00 pm during school term. You will be required to operate during the school holidays when necessary.

- Photocopy of the NRIC (front and back)
- List of proposed menu and pricing for all items
- Photocopy of relevant certificates such as Basic Food Hygiene Course etc

Interest applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Singapore citizens or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) and stall holder assistant.
- Able to provide good service and quality food with prices determined in consultation with the school.
- Able to provide cooked food that meets the health/ nutritional standards set by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) under the “Healthy Meals in Schools” program (HMSP)* guidelines. (See Link)
- Able to maintain high standards of food safety and personal hygiene.
- Healthy and fit to operate the store.
Applicants should preferably fulfill the following criteria:
- Successful applicants and stall assistants must possess the WSQ Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
- Possess catering experience or experience operating in a school environment.
- Successful applicant is required to apply for a food stall license from Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
- Shortlisted applicants will be notified for an interview and will be required to provide food sampling for the School Canteen Selection Committee at the applicant’s own expense.
